Having been in the business for almost 30 years, I have worked for a large number of the major companies in the restoration field.

Having been both management and worker, I have experienced all the highs and lows of what makes companies in this business either thrive or fail. The front line of the restoration business is its worker and how they are treated can make all the difference at the end of the day. 

The work can be very stressful, due to long hours, uncontrollable deadlines and new emergencies coming in, when you hope to be going home at the end of the day. This is the nature of our business. 

Canstar Restorations has shown to me an “all for one and one for all” workforce that gets the job done under sometimes great adversity. It also has many company functions and benefits that try to keep the staff both motivated and satisfied. Canstar has put a lot of effort into making me feel at home with a family type atmosphere.
