Fireline Turnkey System

The Fireline contents packing and cleaning system is a complete turnkey operation. The program includes:

• Listing and packing of household items in categories that allow for easy, efficient sorting and cleaning,
• Assembly line production efficiencies that maintain a continual flow of performance.
• Once loaded into a basket they remain there as they go through the pre-soak, wash, rinse and drying cycle.
• Effectively cleans and removes smoke, soot, and soil residue in hard to reach places due to the utilization of ultrasonic technology that cleans any area that allows water to penetrate.
• At a production rate of a box per every 10 to 15 minutes makes meeting deadlines and clients expectations realistic.

Esporta Wash System

The Esporta Wash System is unique. Due to its design it effectively cleans soft contents items such as, teddy bears, saddles, blankets, sports gear, etc, etc, etc very aggressively utilizing programmed chemical feeds and wash cycles but at the same time being gentle utilizing hydraulic pressure to penetrate and thoroughly clean them. Esporta Wash Systems reduce the list of non-restorable items dramatically and is very effective in restoring so many of the items that used to go into landfill and thus be written off. This contributes to lower claims costs.
